Please Do Not Leave Mats, Stands, Chairs, Toys, Etc. in your Front Door Area. This area must remain clear in the winter season so that we can have clear access while snow-blowing the sidewalks & front door areas. These items will cause damage to the snow-blowers.
Parking - Do Not let your vehicle’s front end hang over the sidewalk! If your vehicle hangs over the sidewalk when staff is snow-blowing both the equipment and your vehicle can be damaged.
Parking – For Maximum Snow Removal….Please remember to rotate your parking spots. This will help staff keep the parking spots and drive areas as clear as possible for everyone.
Going Away? Short Term? Long Term? – Please Do Not turn off your Heat! The pipes can freeze & burst causing serious damage to not only your home but your neighbors as well. The lowest temperature you may put your heat at is 55 degrees.
